1. Types of Submissions Accepted
CDLH accepts original and unpublished manuscripts in the following categories:

Legislative / Policy Analyses (2000–5000 words)

Technical Notes / Essays (1500–3500 words)

2. Submission Requirements
2.1 Originality

Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not submitted elsewhere.

Similarity must be ≤10% (excluding references).
2.2 Declaration & Copyright
Every submission must include:

3.1 General Formatting

File Format: MS Word (.doc/.docx)

Font: Times New Roman
-
Size: 12 pt (main text), 10 pt (footnotes)

Spacing: 1.5 (main text), single (footnotes)

Margins: 1 inch on all sides

Alignment: Justified

Length: 4000–8000 words for research articles

CDLH follows Bluebook (21st Edition) for legal articles.

APA 7th Edition may be used for interdisciplinary works.
5. Ethical Compliance
Authors must comply with:

Proper acknowledgement of funding, conflicts of interest, and contributions
Ethical approval is required for any study involving human subjects or sensitive data.
